We are all born with the ability to meditate. Just living our regular lives produce normal, but sometimes harmful, by-products such as tension, stress and fear. To counter these effects we have evolved the ability to still our minds and become calm and alert. To meditate is as natural and as vital as breathing, eating or drinking.
