The course is designed for anyone interested in learning meditation or who wants to improve their skills in an informal, no-fuss way.
Make this autumn the time when you learn how to beat stress, relax, take control and integrate the calm of meditation into your daily life.
The course starts on September 17th and runs for 10 weeks in Room 11 (first floor) of Berkhamsted Civic Centre, The High Street, Berkhamsted. We start at 7.30pm and run until 8.30pm.

one-to-one coaching is a highly effective method of achieving the calm focus of meditation quickly. If time is precious and results important, this is the MeditationCoach solution for you.
groups can be large or small and are an enjoyable and sociable way to master meditation as well as great value. Sessions are informal and friendly, allowing students to learn quickly, easily and comfortably. Either join a group or organise your own for an even more cost-effective solution.
